My Journey
My journey with SWIFT began when I recognized the potential for microfinance to transform lives and communities. As VP of Expansion & Growth at SWIFT, I secure corporate grants, launch new chapters, expand microloans and focus on strategic partnerships and innovative programs.

Key Learnings
Leading SWIFT’s expansion taught me that sustainable impact demands both empathy and strategy. Applying for corporate grants sharpened my skills in aligning mission with funder goals, and securing funding meant real access for women entrepreneurs. Scaling globally brought cultural and logistical hurdles, but also taught me the value of adaptability, local collaboration, and clear communication in driving meaningful change.
